Absolutely worst Customer service I have ever experienced and I got to McDonalds so thats saying something. The actual food is eh, nothing worth talking about but rest assured after experiencing the ladies behind the counter with their lack of manners and general nastiness I will not be returning to this little hole in the wall.

Poor service! Very rude staff! Their attitudes makes me feel like am begging for food or like i owe them! Its ridiculous! They have no good customer service! The food pan looks like the food has been in there for days!! It looks like they throw water in the curries! The fried rice is burn in the pan! I don't wanna say more ! Maybe those workers are been underpaid so they don't input no ability in their work! Or they just don't wish to work! I don't know the reason behind that place service ! Very disappointed tho!! The place says halal but doesn't fit it's name!

West Indian food over here is AMAZING. There’s also a wide space for parking and the staff are great. I love the staff and the food is always the best.

This is my first time here . Food is dry. I kid u not i saw a hair in the food . The staffs were so out of concern . i just walk out . Don't recommend it

Huge buffet with the best variety of West Indian food. I’m so glad we found this place, plus, there’s a huge parking space outside.

Great food, but I’m still giving them two stars because their customer service sucks. They have the worst customer service. They don’t know how to greet people nor serve food correctly. They are ALWAYS angry, morning and afternoon and they speak to you as if you owe them something. Try to avoid the short fat lady because she’s the worst. Also this place comes with a hefty price tag compared to a lot of other places. The only person that’s very polite is the owners daughter, you’ll be lucky if she’s there to serve!

Their West Indian food is to die for. The buffet has a wide variety of food. I’m definitely coming back with my family.

The food is tasty. Service is good. The rest room smells of urine, the sink was filthy, garbage can covered with dust, no air refresher. I was so embarrassed for a business that is doing well, to have such a filthy rest room. One would think the owner would care more about their customers. I gave the rest room a zero. I mentioned it to the sales person, I hope to see improvement in the future. That is extremely poor hygienic for the customers and very disgusting. 🤭🤫

Terrible food, came here with my family to try out this new halal buffet spot. Big mistake. All the food was cold and we were told to use the microwave to heat up our food. What? Microwave our food? The food was very bland, no taste, and the desserts were disgusting. It's as if they left the food out for days and just kept reheating food that wasn't consumed. Avoid at all costs.

Wasted my money here, first time buying here yesterday . Pine tart , cheese roll. Fish cake not ready . Fish cake tasted rank, pine tart hard not soft. Cheese roll the cheese is very dry. Not ready for sybils and Bakewell.

Had bad experience with the food upstairs buffet..Not once but twice...Am not trying the third.....Downstairs food is much better.I believe the leftover goes upstairs next day ., and it’s not what I expected..The place is very cozy and updated amazing ceiling and looks, but remember u can’t eat that..Not recommended..... eat downstairs or somewhere else..

Great good! Great price! Lots of variety during dinner

I was there yesterday around 5pm, to get some food but after what I saw turn me off and I leave. I saw two of the employees who works there (ladies) empty some stale dry up curry (two sets) and then add water to it. I don’t understand why doing stuff like that being bold face to do it in front of customer tooSo disgusting thing to do when people pay to get some good food. Can the people there be any low to do that?The portion the give is little and very pricey sometimes their food is tasteless and horrible, customer work hard for there money when people there do give a bs.

The parking space is wide and plenty. This place serves some of my favorite and most affordable foods. The buffet was huge and the flavors were great.

On 2/15/19.I arrived at 9pm for dinner. The food was cold and I had to heat it up in a small microwave . I informed the waitress. She said sorry. I told her 25 yrs I’m in this country, I’ve never had to heat food in a microwave at a restaurant anywhere in this world. Crazy and unbelievable. A male came out , checking the temperature of the food. Nothing changed. The waitress ask a woman who works there “should I switch on the steamer”. She said “no we are closing at 10’Oclock”. I tried a second plate with lamb. All the food was horrible and very stale. I simply regret this entire experience. The Dinner buffet is $15.00. They still hit me with a $42.83 bill. No class, no care for customers. Great ambience but very very poor food and customer service. If I knew the steamer was off , I surely would have left. This bring shame to West Indian ( Trinidad/ Guyanese flavor). I wouldn’t eat there again, even if it’s free.

The staff is downright rude and have no customer service etiquette whatsoever. And as for the “you have to wear a mask”, that’s you being a sheep being led by a false SUGGESTION. Its not a law. I deal with patients every damn day and still don’t have COVID! I don’t crave that unhealthy Guyanese food often but I just walked out of there. Food is ok there.

Staffs are unprofessional poor poor pity service the food ain't worth that i ask the prize for something n this woman literally look me in the face n didn't answer wow.

This is the first West Indian buffet restaurant I've come across. The Decor is amazing. Ambiance and service are incredible, and the the food..... such a variety, and in a word, delicious.

If I could give this place no stars I would ... they’re RACIST, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL... they will never get my money

I have been coming here for years. The food is very good but I never liked the customer service or how cheap they were when taking out my food. This new buffet they have is awesome! Good selections and affordable... it's our new after church lunch spot.

The meals and service were above my expectations. We surely liked the ambience of this restaurant. Extraordinary place to take the family out for lunch.

The place is nice and most importantly, the food was good. The 2nd floor is also for rent if interested.

West Indian food is the best, but theirs is even better, plus there’s parking outside as well!

Food is good but was very grossed out when myself and two friends observed the owners son using his hands to take food from the buffet as well as behind the kitchen. I understand it’s his fathers business but at the same time you’re dealing with food that is being provided to your customers. Was a regular customer but I refuse to consume food that’s being picked and touched by someone hands.

The parking space is great and this place serves some of the best and most reasonably-priced foods my family and I have tried. The buffet was huge and the flavors were just right and spiced well. Loved it.
